Elena’s passion for natural, delicious and easy food recipes came from her own health journey , plagued with inflammatory autoimmune disease related to back and joint issues.
She found she was able to transform her health and improve her condition simply by changing her nutrition. No more processed foods, no gluten, no dairy, no refined sugars. Experimenting with variety of organic raw ingredients, she become a true addict to the delicious and nutritious world of natural food.
She is also become a fitness activist, promoting the importance of movement and active lifestyle, especially for people with joint issues. With her Russian roots, she is a big fan of pilates and ballet workouts.
Elena’s enthusiasm to help others to fight autoimmune conditions, to change their lifestyle and nutrition habits, led her to further study in the field of health and nutrition.
She is currently training as a Naturopathic Nutritionist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.
